It is with deep regret to have to report the passing of
JOSEPH M. FENTON on 6 March 2006 at the age of 75 while vacationing with his wife at New Smyrna Beach, FL. A resident of Omaha, NE, he and his wife, Joan, were spending six weeks in Florida to escape the Nebraska winter while their children and grandchildren took turns visiting with them.
An MT graduate, he served in the Navy for two years following graduation then was in the marine insurance industry with several insurance and shipping companies in both New York and Puerto Rico. In 1973, he took a position as the insurance manager with Peter Kiewit Sons Co., a large construction and mining company headquartered in Omaha and retired from there in 1988 remaining to live in Omaha.
Memorial services were to be held in Omaha on 16 March 2006.
