WILLIAM G REDDAN who died Friday March 17, 2004 in New York City, was chief information officer and senior vice president of Parsons Brinckerhoff in New York City, where he worked for more than 15 years.

Before that, he was a project manager of engineering for EBASCO at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory during the development and construction of the Tokamak fusion test reactor.

He received a bachelors degree in engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College and a masters degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y.

A Navy veteran, he was a lieutenant aboard the USS Thomas J. Gary during the Vietnam War Era.

Mr. Reddan was a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Vacuum Society and the American Legion.

Born in New York City, he lived in Monroe for more than 25 years.

Surviving are his wife, Beverly; sons, William P., Michael and Timothy; daughters, Patricia Luck, Donna ODonnell and Sarah; his mother, sister, Nancy Scobie; brothers, Patrick, Daniel, Gerry and Steven, and four grandchildren.
